Slopadet innebär inte att arbetsgivare ska låta bli att göra karensavdrag, utan att Försäkringskassan kommer att betala ut en dags sjukpenning direkt till den som är sjuk och får ett karensavdrag från sin sjuklön. Den anställde ska enligt förslaget göra en retroaktiv ansökan till Försäkringskassan.
The Karen deduction is canceled
The benefit deduction is canceled by the state paying sickness benefit for the first day of the sick period. The demolition is valid for two and a half months from 11 March (until 31 May), with the possibility of extension.
The elimination does not mean that employers should not make a deduction for retirement, but that the Social Insurance Office will pay a day’s sickness benefit directly to the sick person and receive a retirement deduction from his sick pay.
